Mr. Sigler has been Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Universal Truckload Services Inc. since its formation in December 2001. In addition Mr. Sigler has been the Chief Financial Officer of Universal Am-Can Ltd. since November 1995. Previously Mr. Sigler served as the Vice President of Finance for one our subsidiaries Economy Transport Inc. from October 1988 until January 1995. Mr. Sigler previously served as Controller for Universal Am-Can Ltd. from June 1981 until October 1988.
