Mr. Martin is the Chief Operating Officer and Treasurer of OFSAM (the parent Company of OFS), which he co-founded in 2001. From 1996 to 2000, Mr. Martin served as Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of a healthcare industry financial information systems company, and a New York based asset management company. From 1993 to 1996, Mr. Martin was the Director of the Loan Asset Resolution practice within KPMG Barents Group, LLC, an international financial advisory subsidiary of KPMG.
From 1990 to 1993, as Treasurer and Senior Vice President, Mr. Martin was responsible for organizing a middle market senior loan asset management company and creating a fund for the purchase of performing and non-performing loans. Prior to 1990 Mr. Martin held various positions in the banking industry including Vice President and Area Head in the Leveraged Capital Division of Citibank, N.A., and President of CIBC Capital Corp., where Mr. Martin also formed and managed the Acquisition Finance Group of CIBC. Mr. Martin holds a B.A. from Pennsylvania State University. |
