Mr. Apple joined the Company in February 2006 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining the Company Mr. Apple served as Chief Operating and Financial Officer at InKine Pharmaceutical Company Inc. from 2003 to 2005 and Chief Financial Officer from 1997 to 2002. From 1995 to 1997 Mr. Apple was employed by Genaera Corporation Inc. a biotechnology company where he held the position of Corporate Controller. From May 1994 until July 1995 Mr. Apple was employed by Liberty Technologies Inc. as Corporate Controller. Prior to May 1994 Mr. Apple held various positions of increasing responsibility at Arthur Andersen & Company LLP. He holds a B.A. degree in accounting from Temple University and is a CPA. |
