Robert G. Mitchell, Jr. centers his practice on individual and corporate clients� real estate needs. He has extensive experience in land development, municipal and land use law, real estate sales and purchases, mortgages and leasing. He has been a city attorney for a small Minnesota city for many years, and was formerly on the city councils of Wayzata and Medina for a total of 11 years. He has been with Lindquist & Vennum since 1974.
Mr. Mitchell is a member of the American and Hennepin County Bar Associations, as well as the Minnesota State Bar Association�s Real Property Law Section. He is certified as a real property law specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association. |
