Bob Parker is a performance-driven, senior management and strategic business executive skilled at growing businesses and shareholder value. In 1996, Bob founded Parker & Associates, a management consulting firm providing strategic business, marketing, and operating management services where he served as Founder, CEO, business consultant, and as interim CEO for start-up enterprise software companies - Memento, Convergence Management Technologies and Healthmedia. Before founding Parker & Associates, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for established enterprise software companies - Infinium Software and Atria Software, which completed a successful Initial Public Offering in 1994.
