Mr. Schwartz Jr. has served as I-many's Vice President and General Counsel since September 2001. Mr. Schwartz is responsible for all of I-many's legal and contractual affairs. He has extensive experience as a corporate counsel for software and technology companies. Before coming to I-many he served as Vice President General Counsel and Director for Emptoris Inc. a privately held developer of strategic sourcing software where he was responsible for all legal affairs. He has also served as Assistant General Counsel for Cambridge Technology Partners with responsibility for securities and M&A matters and as Vice President and General Counsel for Astea International a Nasdaq-quoted developer of customer relationship management software. Before joining Astea he was an associate in the corporate law department of Goodwin Procter LLP. Mr. Schwartz holds a JD from Harvard Law School and a BA in political science from Amherst College. |
