Robert H. Combs has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and Technology from Oregon State and a Masters of Business Administration in Financial Management from the University of Southern California. Mr. Combs also served as a management consultant for the national public accounting firm of Ernst & Young and was the owner of a computer software company, which provides technology services to medical firms. Mr. Combs is now retired. |
