The founding principal of Crutchfield Capital Corporation is Robert H. Crutchfield. Mr. Crutchfield began his career on the consulting staff of a national C.P.A. firm and later served as Vice President-Planning and Vice President-Finance, respectively, for two large public (NYSE) operating companies. He has also served as Senior Vice President of a regional investment banking firm and is a Registered Representative and Principal with the National Association of Securities Dealers. Mr. Crutchfield has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and in arranging a wide variety of financing transactions, the largest of which has been in excess of $100 million. Mr. Crutchfield holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University and an M.B.A. with a concentration in finance from Harvard Business School. He has published a number of articles on financial topics in national magazines and newsletters. |
