Bob Torgerson focuses his practice on construction law, where he serves as national construction counsel for Fortune 100 companies and has represented specialty subcontractors, general contractors, design-builders, design professionals, and owners/developers to assess and successfully resolve claims and disputes, primarily through the use of early dispute resolution techniques and litigation. He regularly presents construction programs for lawyers, construction clients and trade associations.
