Robert I. Masten, Jr. joined the firm in 2008 and focuses his practice on commercial and civil litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Robert completed a judicial externship for the Honorable Donald F. Parsons, Jr., Vice Chancellor of the Delaware Court of Chancery. Robert was also a judicial extern for the Honorable Jan R. Jurden, Judge of the Superior Court of Delaware. Robert graduated cum laude from Widener University School of Law in 2007. He also obtained a combined BA/MA degree from the University of Scranton. At Widener, Robert served as a senior member on the law review for the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law.Robert is admitted to practice before the Delaware Supreme Court. He is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association and the American Bar association. |
