Bob Baer is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for all financial operations at ISS. Prior to joining ISS, Mr. Baer was one of three founders of Artesia Technologies, Inc. He secured venture funding and developed the business model for Artesia. Serving in various financial positions throughout his career, Bob is a strategic planner with proven results in international operations, joint ventures, startups and turnaround, and has demonstrated accomplishments in raising private equity capital, re-engineering, team building, cost management and auditing. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration at Drexel University and his M.B.A. at Loyola College. Bob also completed General Electric's Financial Management program while he was on the company's audit staff. |
