Mr. Boudousqui� is a senior managing consultant in the financial and economic consulting firm LECG. He has extensive experience in providing litigation, accounting, audit, tax, management consulting and financial and economic analysis services to clients in a wide variety of industries.
Mr. Boudousqui�, a certified public accountant (CPA) and certified fraud examiner (CFA) with over 20 years of experience, has been involved in a variety of forensic accounting investigations and has provided litigation support and complex damage analysis in such matters as infringement of intellectual property rights, misappropriation of trade secrets, antitrust violations, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, business interruption, construction delay claims, employment disputes, financial fraud and misrepresentation, product liability, professional liability and accounting malpractice. His experience includes calculating damages from lost profits, general business valuations, risk and discount rate analysis, and statistical cost estimation. In addition, he has been responsible for managing engagements pertaining to financial recovery.
Prior to his current position, Mr. Boudousqui� served as the manager for the special services practice of an international accounting firm. He has also been responsible for assurance, accounting and tax services at other accounting and international consulting firms.
Mr. Boudousqui� is a certified public accountant, certified fraud examiner, and a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University with a bachelor of business administration. His background includes audit, economics, corporate and real estate finance, financial and managerial accounting, business valuation, fraud examination, and statistics, as well as corporate, partnership, individual, fiduciary, estate and gift taxation.
