Mr. Clark is CEO and manager of Bear Cub Energy LLC a natural gas gathering processing and treating company headquartered in Denver Colorado. Bear Cub Energy has operating facilities in Texas. Mr. Clark founded a predecessor company Bear Paw Energy LLC in 1995. It was sold to Northern Border Partners in 2001. Prior to that Mr. Clark held senior officer positions with Snyder Oil Corporation Ladd Petroleum Corporation and Nicor Inc.
Mr. Clark serves on the Board of Directors of Storm Cat Energy Corporation a publicly traded exploration and production company and Fluid Compressor Corporation a privately held compressor packaging company. Mr. Clark received his BS in accounting from Bradley University in 1967 and his MBA from Northern Illinois University in 1974. |
