Mr. Cooper received his J.D. and Masters of Real Estate Development degrees in 2004 from the University of Southern California. At the University of Southern California School of Law, he was a teaching and research assistant in the real estate transactions and finance departments. In addition, he participated in USC�s Hale Moot Court Honors Program. In 2001, he received his bachelor�s degree from Santa Clara University, where he majored in finance.
Mr. Cooper was admitted to practice law in 2004 by the State Bar of California.
