Robert J. Cox III has served as our Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since November 2004. He was our Vice President of Finance and Treasurer from May 2002 to October 2004, Vice President of Finance, Treasurer and Secretary from January 2002 to April 2002 and Director of Finance, Treasurer and Secretary from June 2001 to December 2001. In 1998, Mr. Cox joined Triton International, Inc., a facilities-based provider of wireless and wire-line telecommunications products, as its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and left in 2001. Mr. Cox began his career at KPMG LLP in the audit practice. Mr. Cox holds a BS in Accounting from St. Bonaventure University and an MBA from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business and is a CPA. |
