Mr. Glaser has served as one of our Directors since August 1997. Mr. Glaser is Sr. Vice President of Medsn and Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Ancillary Care Management, a healthcare management company. During 2003, Mr. Glaser was Senior Vice President, Caliber Associates. From 2001 to 2002, Mr. Glaser was a consultant to the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. From 1998-2001, Mr. Glaser was President of the McKesson HBOC Pharmaceutical Services division of McKesson HBOC. He was President and Chief Operating Officer of Ostex International from 1996-1997. Mr. Glaser was Senior Vice President of Marketing for Merck U.S. Human Health from 1994-1996, Vice President of Marketing from 1993-1994 and Vice President of Merck's Vaccine Division from 1991-1993. Mr. Glaser is 52 years of age.
