Bob Huber has devoted his practice to construction since 1983. He has tried or arbitrated more than 50 construction-related disputes to verdict or award. Bob has been named by both Chambers USA and Minnesota Lawyer as one of Minnesota�s leading construction attorneys. Bob is former chair of Leonard, Street and Deinard�s Construction Law practice area.
Bob is an active arbitrator and mediator. He has been appointed to the American Arbitration Association�s National Panel of Construction Arbitrators, Large Complex Case Panel. He is a qualified neutral under Rule 114 of the Minnesota Rules of Court.
Bob is the co-author of Construction Claims in Minnesota and Architect/Engineer Liability in Minnesota. He frequently lectures to attorneys and trade groups on all aspects of construction law. He is actively involved with the Associated General Contractors of Minnesota, the Minnesota Asphalt Pavement Association, and the Minnesota Utility Contractors Association.
