Mr. Marino joined the Company in 1988 as senior vice president of sales and marketing. In 1990, his responsibilities were expanded to include program management in addition to sales and marketing. In January 1994, Marino was appointed to president of Telos Systems Integration, and in January 1998, he was appointed chief sales and marketing officer. Prior to joining the company in February 1988, Mr. Marino held the position of senior vice president of sales and marketing with Centel Federal Systems and M/A.com Information Systems, both of which are U.S. government contractors. He was elected to the Board of Directors in June 2004 at which time he was also appointed executive vice president special projects and stepped down as executive vice president and chief sales and marketing officer. |
