Robert J. McGraw, Jr., CPA has been a director of VCG since November 2002. A certified public accountant since 1982, Mr. McGraw is president of McGraw and McGraw CPA PC of Westminster, Colorado. Mr. McGraw�s firm specializes in accounting and bookkeeping for restaurants, lounges and small businesses. The practice consists of income tax preparation, financial statement preparation, bookkeeping and small business consulting. Mr. McGraw will serve as the chairman of the audit committee and serve as a member of the compensation committee of the Board of Directors. Mr. McGraw has a Bachelor�s degree from Western State College of Colorado (1977). Mr. McGraw is currently licensed in the state of Colorado and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants.
