Rob Naudin is an Associate in the Litigation section. He joined Coats Rose in 2007, after seven years of practice in the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General's Corps. In 2001, Rob was awarded the American Trial Lawyers Association Outstanding Advocacy Award at Naval Justice School in Newport, Rhode Island. He received various personal and unit awards during his service.
During law school Rob worked for Office of Attorney General of Texas, working DTPA claims and consumer actions for the state. He also clerked for the ACLU Houston, assisting in prisoner rights issues and served as Guardian Ad Litem for children.
Practice Emphasis
During his Navy service, Rob prosecuted and defended hundreds of cases, including assaults, child exploitation and abuse, drug manufacture and distribution, forgery, robbery, rape and murder. He also provided advice to wartime admirals and commanders concerning all legal matters, including law of armed conflict and detainee affairs. In addition, he served as an installation attorney for a South Texas base, designated for Jet-based aviation training.
