In 1987, Robert founded Gryphon Development with Lesley Wexner, CEO The Limited Corporation, where he remained President and CEO until 2001 when he retired.Prior to Gryphon Development, Ruttenberg co-founded and was the Chief Operating Officer of Warner Cosmetics and Fragrances, a division of Warner Communications. When the company was sold to Cosmair, Ruttenberg remained and assumed the role as President. He has held numerous board and executive positions, most notably Vice President, Marketing at Revlon; Vice President, Ralph Lauren Fragrance and Cosmetics; Director of Marketing for Estee Lauder, Director of International Marketing for Estee Lauder. Ruttenberg received a M.S. in Communications from the Annenberg School of Communications, University of Pennsylvania. |
