Robert J. Theuerkauf practices in the firm�s intellectual property and litigation section, concentrating on patent and trademark law. He has experience in representing clients in both state and federal courts. Prior to law school Mr. Theuerkauf worked as a Project Supervisor for an environmental consulting firm in Houston, Texas, where he successfully aided clients in the oil and chemical industries in addressing air quality issues. His supervisory role included coordinating and supervising stack emissions testing programs across the United States.During law school he was a member of the Moot Court Board and the Brandeis Law Journal. As a member of the Brandeis Law Journal, Mr. Theuerkauf authored An Effort to Revive the Nondelegation Doctrine: D.C. Court of Appeals Makes a Fundamental Mistake and Sets Back Congress and the Environmental Protection Agency�s Efforts to Further Protect Human Welfare, which was published in 2001.Mr. Theuerkauf is a member of the Louisville Bar Association and Kentucky Bar Association. |
