Mr. Ventrone serves as our Controller. He is responsible for all financial and regulatory reporting matters in addition to the financial administration of the company. Prior to joining Florida Capital Bank, Mr. Ventrone served as Controller of Florida Banks from 2003 until its acquisition in July 2004. Before his association with Florida Banks, Mr. Ventrone served as Controller for EverBank of Florida from 1998 to 2003 where he was responsible for all banking and mortgage operations. From 1994 to 1998, Mr. Ventrone worked for Barnett Banks, Inc. (Barnett Banks) in various finance and mortgage accounting positions. Mr. Ventrone received an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Bryant University. |
