Robert J. Walker, Jr. Advisory Board Member Mr. Walker is a member of InCap Group's Advisory Committee. Formerly, he was president and CEO of the Fairfield Group Inc., a Legg Mason Company. The firm provided cash management and fund distribution services for banks, trust departments, and other institutional investors. Mr. Walker is currently an owner and president of PrimeSolutions Financial Services Corporation as well as an owner and managing director of PriSol Securities, Inc. Prior to Joining Fairfield in 1991, Mr. Walker was Senior Vice President for Fidelity Investments Institutional Services Company, Inc. His responsibilities included overall management of the Community Bank Trust Marketing and Sales, proprietary fund management and bank market implementation and training. Mr. Walker's background also includes 20 years of trust banking experience at First Pennsylvania Bank, as well as management of the 401(k) plan at Vanguard. He received his B.S. degree in Business Administration from Rider University. He is a graduate of the Trust Training School at Bucknell and the Northwestern Senior Trust Management Program. He holds his Series 26 and Series 63 licenses. |
