Robert J. Finocchio, Jr. has been a director of the Company since August 1999. He has been Chairman of Informix Corporation since July 1997. From July 1997 to July 1999, he also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Informix. From December 1988 to May 1997, he held various management positions at 3Com Corporation, most recently serving as President, 3Com Systems. Prior to his joining 3Com, he held several senior positions at ROLM Corporation, most recently as Vice President of Rolm Systems Marketing. Mr. Finocchio is currently on the board of directors of Latitude Communications and Informix Corporation as well as the Board of Regents at Santa Clara University. Mr. Finocchio holds a B.S. degree in economics from Santa Clara University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School. |
