Robert J. Gillispie is a partner in the Corporate Department of our New York office. He has been involved in asset-based financing for more than 30 years. Mr. Gillispie has negotiated and documented domestic and cross-border leveraged lease, partnership and secured loan transactions, as well as synthetic leases. The assets have varied from aircraft, railcars, satellites, vessels and containers to electric generating plants, hydro-electric facilities, renewable energy facilities, gas distribution network and waste water collection and transportation systems. The current focus of Mr. Gillispie s practice is on energy and infrastructure financings.
