Mr. Gross has practiced law since 1982, with experience in litigation, including a wide variety of commercial disputes as well as the litigation aspects of corporate restructuring and bankruptcy. He has represented corporations, construction companies, financial institutions and individuals at all levels of State and Federal courts in commercial litigation, as well as committees, individual creditors and debtors in some of the country's largest bankruptcy cases and restructurings. Mr.Gross has litigated such issues as creditors' rights and lender liability, preferential transfers and fraudulent conveyances, officers' and directors' fiduciary duties, securities fraud, intellectual property disputes, media disputes, construction and real estate matters and employment matters.
