Rob Hyman was promoted to executive vice president of Budco in 2005. He is responsible for all of the operational areas of the company, which include Information Technologies, the Budco Contact Center, Budco Financial Services and Budco Operations. Rob also oversees the Planning, Engineering and Operations Training functions, which are responsible for managing and orchestrating the customer work that flows through the organization. Rob's complete staff includes more than 750 members ranging from vice presidents and department directors to hourly production workers. Rob and his team focus on the continuous improvement of resources and processes to better meet customer needs and ensure that Budco continues to meet world-class operational standards. Rob joined Budco in 2001. Prior to that, he worked for The Stroh Brewery Company for 13 years. He held a variety of positions in various areas including Information Technologies, Human Resources, and Marketing and Sales. He spent four years as managing director of Green Mountain Cidery, a Stroh joint venture in the alcoholic cider category. Rob received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. He received his master's in Industrial Relations/Management from Wayne State University in Detroit. |
