Robert L. Bowen was appointed Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of GSI Group in 2005. Mr. Bowen served in several senior financial positions at GE over a 20 year time span, with assignments in the U.S.A., Asia and Europe. In addition, he served as the CFO European Region for Case Corporation, based in Paris, France and most recently as the Vice President & CFO for Cytyc Corporation. Mr. Bowen is a Managing Member of Graystone Capital Partners, LLC and a Board Member of Great China Entertainment, Inc.
