Mr. Hinson has extensive experience handling Workers' Compensation matters involving amputations, assaults and violent acts, back injuries, bruises and contusions, carpal tunnel syndrome, chemical burns, contact with objects and equipment, cumulative trauma, cuts and lacerations, falls, fatalities, fractures, harmful substances or environments, head injuries, infectious diseases, lower and upper extremity injuries, multiple traumatic injuries, musculoskeletal disorders, neck injuries, permanent disability, poisoning, pulmonary disorders, respiratory conditions, skin diseases and disorders, sprains, strains, breaks, tears and tendonitis. He has conducted extensive research in the areas of labor law, Workers' Compensation and personal injury.
Mr. Hinson is a member of the Missouri Bar Association.
