Robert L. Hodgkinson has been a Director of Dejour since May 18 2004 and the Chairman since December 16 2004. He is the President of a private company called Hodgkinson Equities Corporation which he established in 1988. His company provides consulting services to emerging businesses in the petroleum resource industry. These consulting services consist of assistance in the areas of administration and capital formation. Mr. Hodgkinson is also a Director of an unrelated private company call AADCO Automotive Inc. (www.aadco.com) AADCO Automotive Inc. is a private company located in Ontario Canada that is involved in recycling used automobile parts. He is also the Chief Executive Officer of an unrelated closely held corporation called Ocean Biosource Inc. a manufacturer of powdered specialty fish proteins with operation based in Ensenada Mexico.
