Robert L. Rattet graduated from Georgia Tech in 1966, earning a Bachelors of Science degree in Industrial Management, with a minor in Accounting. He received his law degree from Emory University three years later. Born and raised in Florida, Mr. Rattet moved to New York in 1970 to accept a position with a local firm. He founded his own firm in April of 1975. Mr. Rattet is admitted to practice in New York, the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Rattet is a long standing member of numerous bankruptcy associations, including the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Commercial Law League of America, Bankruptcy and Insolvency Division. He is certified as a mediator before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. |
