Robert Zinn is a Managing Director in the Partner Practice Group at Major, Lindsey & Africa. Rob has enjoyed much success placing attorneys at all levels, but his primary focus over the last five years has been working with individuals at the Partner level. He has represented many top tier regional, national, and international law firms in a variety of practice areas, including corporate, real estate, litigation, trust & estates, tax, and bankruptcy. Rob maintains a strong belief that a trusting partnership between candidate and recruiter must be established in order to fully meet the needs of all involved. This collaborative approach to relationship building provides both positive results and long term allegiances with candidates and firms.
Rob, a native Kansan, earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Vermont, where he was the captain of the varsity basketball team. He has also coached basketball on both the high school and division one levels. He currently serves on the board of The Salvation Army and is an active member of The Plan, which sponsors underprivileged children around the world.
Rob is an avid outdoorsman, a die hard sports fan, and a physical fitness enthusiast. He relishes spending as much time as possible with his wife Kate and daughters, Emma and Olivia. |
