Robert L. Clarke is a Senior Partner and founder of the global financial services practice at the law firm of Bracewell & Giuliani LLP in Houston, Texas. He joined the firm in 1969 and in 1985 he was appointed U.S. Comptroller of the Currency, serving until 1992, at which time he rejoined Bracewell & Giuliani. Mr. Clarke has been a Director of Mutual of Omaha since November 2008. |
