Robert Kirkpatrick serves as Executive Vice President in the firm's Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania office. He is responsible for business development, engagement management, and executive identification, evaluation and selection. He is a member of DHR's Industrial Practice and Professional Services Practice Groups. Mr. Kirkpatrick has broad search experience in the industrial sector with primary focus on mining, metals, machinery & equipment and transportation; also, a variety of finance & accounting, legal and nonprofit clients. Prior to joining DHR International, Mr. Kirkpatrick was a Partner and Founder of Jade Group, LLC, a Pittsburgh firm providing executive search and management consulting services for a variety of businesses in most functional disciplines. He has held senior management and consulting positions with several well-known firms - Denney & Company, Boyden International, Inc., Drake Beam Morin, Inc. and Reese Associates. Earlier in his career, as Manager of Human Resources, he was responsible for recruiting in both the Philadelphia and Pittsburgh offices of Price Waterhouse & Co.A graduate of Idaho State University, Mr. Kirkpatrick served in the U.S. Army, and has dedicated many years to his national fraternity, Sigma Phi Epsilon, receiving a Distinguished Alumnus Award in 1996. He and his wife, Virginia, reside in Mt. Lebanon Township, PA, a suburb of Pittsburgh.
