Rob Finkel is a partner in the Global Technology Transactions Group of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP.
Mr. Finkel's practice areas include technology joint ventures and strategic alliances, Internet and new media transactions, venture capital financing for Internet and other technology start-ups and information technology outsourcing transactions.
Mr. Finkel's clients range from Internet start-ups to multinational corporations. He has represented such companies as Metiom, Inc., iWon, Video Double, Opus360, AT&T, BellSouth, McGraw-Hill, Safeguard Scientifics, Entergy Corporation, American Electric Power and Arrow Corporation.
Mr. Finkel has published on a variety of technology and corporate issues in the M&A Lawyer, the Computer Lawyer, Cyberspace Lawyer, the Journal of Internet Law, Intellectual Property Today, E-Commerce Adviser, Global eCommerce, Director's Monthly and the National Law Journal, among others.
