Mr. Pons has more than 25 years of senior level management experience at early stage Fortune 500 and turnaround companies. Currently Mr. Pons is Senior Vice President of Capital Markets for TMNG (NASDAQ:TMNG) a provider of management consulting services to the global telecommunications industry. Prior to TMNG he was CEO of Uphonia/SmartServ Inc. (OTCBB:UPHN) a publicly-traded wireless firm. Mr. Pons originated his telecommunications experience at MCI in 1980 and is an early pioneer of the telecommunications industry working with both landline and wireless systems. He currently sits on the board of Network1 Security Solutions (OTCBB:NSSI) an acquirer developer and licensor of intellectual property. Mr. Pons holds a B.A. from Rowan University. |
