Robert M. Aronson joined the firm in 2005 and is Of Counsel in the firm�s real estate department.
Prior to joining Pircher, Nichols & Meeks, Mr. Aronson was a senior counsel in the financial restructuring group for Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, LLP in Los Angeles, California, where he was responsible for the negotiation and documentation of various loan transactions related to commercial, industrial and multi-family projects throughout California and the western United States on behalf of a national securitized lender.
Some of his notable clients included Centex Homes, Samsung, AT&T, Albertsons, GMAC Commercial Mortgage and Chase Manhattan Bank. Additional work experience includes serving as vice president and counsel for Coast Federal Bank in Granada Hills, California, counsel in the creditor�s rights section for Fulbright & Jaworski LLP and managing partner of the bankruptcy department for a private practice.
Mr. Aronson received his J.D. from Loyola University School of Law in 1978. He received his bachelor�s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 1975. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1978.
