Bob Cattaneo represents business clients in a variety of areas, including mergers and acquisitions, finance, real estate and commercial transactions and with respect to contract, corporate, corporate governance and securities compliance matters.Mr. Cattaneo has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions having represented clients in the acquisition and disposition of businesses in many industry sectors throughout the United States and internationally. Recently, Mr. Cattaneo represented a multi-national corporation in the sale of one of its European business units to a European multi-national company and in the acquisition of two business units from a domestic multi-national corporation. These transactions had aggregate values of approximately $500 million.Mr. Cattaneo has worked with a broad range of clients at Miles & Stockbridge, including publicly held, multi-national corporations, financial institutions and privately owned businesses.
