Robert N.Waxman, a CPA in public practice, joined our board on December 31, 2003. Mr.Waxman has been a Principal of Corporate Finance Advisory, a New York-based accounting and consulting firm since 1992. Mr. Waxman was a partner of Deloitte & Touche LLP, an international accounting and consulting firm, where he served as National Director of SEC Practice and partner-in-charge of the Financial Services Programs, among other Executive and New York Practice Office positions. He was with Deloitte & Touche from 1962 to 1991. He serves on the editorial board of The CPA Journal, is an audit committee member of a large not-for-profit organization and was member of the board of directors of the New York State Society of CPAs from 2003 to 2006. |
