Mr. Lorenz has been a director of Infinity since January 1, 2004. Mr. Lorenz is a former partner of Arthur Andersen LLP. He served as the managing partner of the Arthur Andersen Oklahoma City office beginning in 1994 and as the managing partner of the Oklahoma practice beginning in 2000. He retired from Arthur Andersen in 2002. He currently serves as a director of Panhandle Royalty Company. Mr. Lorenz is a certified public accountant and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. |
