Mr. Crisp has nearly ten years of experience in mergers and acquisitions. He has facilitated more than a dozen private sales, divestitures and management buyouts in numerous industries including recreational boating, industrial products, automotive components, steel services, and industrial packaging. He has also represented stategic and financial buyers in platform acquisitions and portfolio add-ons. In recent years, Mr. Crisp had a key role in assisting a global auto parts manufacturer with various acquisitions and divestitures. Prior to joining Crowe Capital, Mr. Crisp was a senior associate with Crowe Chizek and Co., LLP, and participated in the audits of several companies in the healthcare, recreational products, and diversified manufacturing industries. He also was a key member of the M&A transaction services group, assisting strategic and financial buyers in platform acquisitions and portfolio add-ons. Mr. Crisp completed a Bachelor of Science in accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and a Masters of Business Administration with distinction from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. In addition, he is a certified public accountant (CPA), and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Illinois CPA Society. Mr. Crisp is a registered General Securities Representative (Series 7) and a General Securities Principal (Series 24). |
