Robert P. Dolian graduated, Phi Beta Kappa, from Duke University with a B.A. in political science in 1969. Between college and law school, he served as a Peace Corps volunteer in West Africa. Bob joined Cummings & Lockwood in 1975 after receiving his J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School. He is experienced in complex commercial litigation and probate litigation. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States and various federal appellate and district courts. Bob is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and has served as a faculty member for the Connecticut Bar Association's Continuing Legal Education Committee and the Connecticut Trial Advocacy Institute. He has also been appointed a special master in the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut and an attorney trial referee in the Connecticut Superior Court. Bob is a past Chairman of both the Stamford United Way and Connecticut Legal Services. He also serves on the Board of the United Way of Western Connecticut. |
