He was the Managing Partner from 1971 to 2004. In that capacity, he chaired the firm�s management committee, as well as a number of other firm and partner organizational functions. Mr. Kassing concentrates his practice on business consulting, business formation and structuring, succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, and other business exit strategies.
