Robert P. Ross, Jr., a current director of the Company, has decided, for personal reasons, not to stand for reelection. Mr. Ross has been a director of the Company since April 2000. For more than the past five years, he has been an unregistered investment advisor and President of Starboard Capital Partners, located in Houston, Texas, and general partner of Starboard Partners, L.P., a hedge fund for high net worth individuals and corporate clients. For more than the past five years, he has been a director of Standard Security Life Insurance Company of New York, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company with principal offices in New York. |
