Robert Tiplady practices in the areas of estate planning and probate, including wills, trust agreements, powers of attorney, probate and trust administration, probate litigation, and gift, estate and generation skipping transfer tax planning. Mr. Tiplady has substantial experience advising fiduciaries and beneficiaries in contested and uncontested probate matters. Mr. Tiplady also frequently advises individual and professional fiduciaries on estate and trust administration issues, including construction and interpretation issues.
Prior to joining Dykema, Mr. Tiplady was a taxation and estates attorney for a major law firm in Detroit.
