Bob is actively involved in civil litigation involving a variety of tort claims and insurance issues. In addition, his practice includes counseling and representing individuals and institutions in commercial disputes. Bob has been in practice since 1978. In 1978, Bob joined his father in practice at Spangler, Jennings & Dougherty practicing in both the Lake County and Porter County offices. Bob concentrates his practice in civil litigation. He has been lead counsel in over 130 jury trial throughout the State of Indiana. Bob has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in cases involving multiple issues including wrongful death, bodily injury, fire loss, product liability, warranty, insurance defense, bad faith, coverage, uninsured motorist, punitive damage, auto, slip and fall, and construction claims. Bob and his family reside in Valparaiso, Indiana. Bob is actively involved in the expansion of the health care facilities at the Kissy Clinic in Sierra Leone, West Africa. |
