Robert P. Struble is a partner of Meyer, Unkovic & Scott LLP and is a member of the firm's Employment Law & Employee Benefits and Business Transactions & Planning Groups.Mr. Struble's law practice includes estate planning, estate administration, Orphans� Court litigation, employee benefits and pension litigation. He is responsible for maintaining the qualification of more than 50 pension, profit sharing, employee stock-ownership and multiemployer plans. Mr. Struble has served as Vice Chairman of the Welfare Benefit Plans Committee of the Probate and Trust Division of the American Bar Association and is a member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, as well as the Probate and Real Estate Sections of the Allegheny County Bar Association. He belongs to the Allegheny County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations, the Pittsburgh Tax Society, and has served his community as an Elder of the Pleasant Hills Community Presbyterian Church and as a School Board Director for the West Jefferson Hills School District.Mr. Struble attended Lehigh University, from which he graduated magna cum laude in 1972, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. After graduation Mr. Struble worked for two years as an engineer with the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health. In 1974, Mr. Struble entered Georgetown University Law Center, from which he received his Juris Doctor Degree in 1977. Mr. Struble has been with the firm of Meyer, Unkovic & Scott LLP since 1977. |
