Robert R. Lusardi has been a director of the Company since October 2006. Mr. Lusardi has been an Executive Vice President of White Mountains Capital, Inc. and Chief Executive Officer of White Mountains Financial Services LLC since February 2005. Prior to joining White Mountains, he was a member of the Executive Management Board of XL Capital Ltd, where he was first Chief Financial Officer then Chief Executive Officer of the Financial Products and Services operating segment. From 1980 to 1998, Mr. Lusardi was a Managing Director and head of the global insurance and asset management practices at Lehman Brothers. He is a director and Chairman of the Finance Committee of Primus Guaranty Ltd and Symetra Financial Corporation. |
