Robert R. Mozdean joined the Company in August 2005. In this role he is responsible for worldwide human resources and focuses on training and development performance management systems organizational development and employee relations including labor relations.
Mr. Mozdean has served in numerous management capacities during his career. Since 1998 Mr. Mozdean has been Vice President of Human Resources and Legal Affairs at Dannon Company where he was responsible for the Legal function and all Human Resource activity in the United States. From 1980 to 1998 he held numerous management positions with Seagram Spirit and Wine Group most recently as Vice President of Human Resource Planning Development and Compensation. Prior to 1980 he was with American Airlines.
Mr. Mozdean holds a juris doctor from Pace University (New York) a masters of business administration from St. John�s University (New York) and a bachelor of arts degree from Queens College. |
